Whitelist perhaps?

Ive been pondering recently and wonder if our server would benefit from a whitelist.
All we seem to get these days is mass griefers and a whole host of problems. Someone actually logged on, said "have a nice crash" and crashed the server just 15 mins ago.
Either way, a solution needs to be made to deal with some of the problems we are getting recurring over and over.

I don't usualy agree with whitelists but for once I completely agree! I've seen2 or 3 hackers in less than one week! I got griefed by a hacker, got my stuff stolen by a hacker, my house has been destroyed by a hacking griefer, and I've seen way to much pvp I think that this would be the best course of action. If we do make a whitelist we should make a special page for whitelist applying. There would be a few issues though like the fact that some people might not get whitelisted and we won't get to many new players. But in all I agree with Fort we need a whitelist to make sure we don't get to many hackers. Plus I think we should have mcbans I don't know if it has been updated yet.

I COMPLETELY AGREE A GUY JUST CRASHED THE SERVER WHEN I GOT ON WE MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION!!!

I agree. We had 3 crashers and 10 hackers yesterday. WHITELIST! I would be willing to host a "Trial" server for the whitelist, though it may take some time.

Plus: I saw dursely stolling through my town and destroying stuff to get through. I have no evidence though, unless you would check the spots he destroyed.

I know how they crashed the server they used nodus client or another 1 I looked at it and u can do -crash and it crashes the server but a plugin can stop that NoCheat

if it was up to alot of us we would activate a whitelist but a certain server owner is the only person who can
